Sharing of Information
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This includes your phone number and any consent you give to receive text messages. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers when required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations. After you accept cookies, Google (Analytics) and Meta (the Meta Pixel, for measuring and showing ads) receive information about your visit, such as the pages viewed. MLS® listing details and sold information are never shared with Meta or used in ads.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you tick the optional text-message box on one of our forms, Akshay Bansal Limited (Akshay Bansal, REALTOR® with REMAX Nova) may contact you by call, email and text for real estate services. Ticking the box is never required to send a form. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Terms and Conditions
- We use text messages to reply to your enquiries, confirm appointments and showings, send reminders, and notify you of schedule updates or important changes about your home search or sale.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you would like to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you once more.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@akshaybansal.ca.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Data Security

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us directly.
Accounts, Saved Homes and Search Alerts
If you create an account, we store your name, email address, phone number (if given), the homes you save, the searches you save, and the date you gave consent. We use this only to keep your saved homes across devices, to email you new listings that match your saved searches, and so Akshay can follow up with you. You can pause or delete alerts, remove saved homes, or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@akshaybansal.ca.
This data is stored with our hosting providers in the United States (Vercel, Neon and Resend), which is permitted under Canadian privacy law with this notice. Sign-in links are sent by email; we never store passwords. Contact details you submit are also recorded in our customer relationship system so Akshay can respond.
